I’ve rented from this company before, but this time around, I had a not-so-great experience with the provider they paired us with. The problem did get sorted out eventually, but it left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. They did send an email to apologize and mentioned that if we wanted to give them another shot, they’d offer us rates at cost. I thought, why not? So, I took them up on that deal and got a quote that seemed fair. However, when I checked with the rest of my group to see if they were cool with the price, I called back to finalize the booking only to find out that the rates had increased—something about live rates being out of their hands, you know? Tried them twice now, and both times it’s been a hassle. I’m done with this.
